Holistic Horticulture is a unity of California based artisans who craft natural, creative living spaces. Our goal is to create sustainable design and utilizes available materials, while accentuating local climate and plant species throughout the home and garden. We embrace eastern design and building philosophies, which are carefully integrated into western perspective for lifestyles in a modern world. We focus on working with rather than against nature: our work is never static always embracing fluidly.

Our designs focus on developing a unique cohesion between our living spaces within the home and into the garden. By blending natural materials such as stone, wood, plant flora and water there is a sense of harmony to the environment. We are always striving to engage the viewer in the many moments of nature, while pay respect to the patterns of the seasons. Our art form allows function to take priority, while enabling form to develop through the freedom of creativity. The garden is our place for rest, sustenance and tranquility: it is not apart from our home.
